"The crew from Hagerty had nothing but raves for your hotel and its staff. From the minute they arrived, they were impressed right away by the fantastic service and attention to detail, from the bell boy on up. The desk clerk took the time to look up and know the name of my VP before he was in the door, and welcomed him accordingly. I’m sorry I do not have the names of he and the excellent bell staff on duty that day, but I would be grateful if you could look up their schedules and pass on our thanks to them.

I did work on the meeting room and menu with Catherine Reinking, and I got raves all around on that one. I even received an email from one of the gentlemen while he was in the meeting to tell me it was the nicest meeting room he has been in for a long time.

I would also like to mention Patrick Higgins and the wonderful way he helped out when I had the wrong dates for our meeting. He called to let me know and worked to make sure that the room was available the next day when we needed it. All with the professionalism that the rest of the staff showed throughout the stay.

Lest you might think we don’t travel much, I book over hundreds of venues and events each year, from top level hotels in Pebble Beach and Europe with hundreds of attendees, to small meetings like this one, and I have never heard these guys so complimentary to any staff or venue before. I don’t know if you were having some special training days, or if you are always so great, but you hit this one out of the park! I have no doubt in my mind that we will be staying with you anytime we have an event, big or small in Indianapolis. I will make a point of it."
